| With the rapid development of economy, construction of infrastructure also gradually entered new development period. Caused by lack of government financial support, BT, BOT, PPP, TOT project financing mode are introduced for infrastructure construction, so underfunded situation of Chinese government in the field of infrastructure construction has been effectively alleviate. Based on the current development situation in our country, in the four kinds of project financing mode, BT mode is the most suitable. But at present there are insufficient in theory or in practice. In this paper, we mainly discussed the project financing theory during the process of our country government infrastructure investment, analyzed the use of BT project financing mode and the existing problems, and corresponding treatment measures were proposed according to the reality.This article first expounded the concept and properties of BT model, and its research development and application situation, Compared the BT model and other models, and analyzed problems of BT model used in government investment construction projects. On the basis of fully understand of BT model. Used qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis methods, explored the applicability of introduction and application of the mode in government investment projects in China. And focusing on the buyback payment of BT mode was selective analyzed, and make theoretical analysis and empirical analysis of the factors affect the buyback payment, such as Capital investment way, construction period, engineering change, the benchmark interest rate and investment rate of return, the payment of buyback period and repurchases through, carried on the beneficial discussion on the question of the cost of the BT project operation involved. Finally, took the Beijing subway Olympic branch line BT project as an example, analyzed and summarized the practical application of BT financing model used in infrastructure construction projects in our country. |
