Research Of Internet Financial Evolution Under The Perspective Of Social Emergence

Accompanied by the development of Internet technology, information technology is increasingly penetrated into economic and social life. Internet finance is emerging from the integration of Internet technology and financial business, and it has most features of complex systems. In recent years, the finance development of China is rapidly developed, its Internet finance has been a complex system of net platform, payment, information and finance. For such a complex system, the traditional theories of financial development are generally change the complexity to simplicity to dissolve, gave birth to a lot of significant representative theories, but these theories could not fully explain the development of Internet financial practice. The relevant theories of Internet financial need deepening and innovation.Accompanied by the development of complexity theory, theories of social emergence and critical realism are gaining more and more attention from scholars. When they analyze the emergent phenomenon, they highlight the ontology layer, and try to explore the mechanism of development of things from different aspects. From this perspective, this article is based on social emergent critical realism position, with the analysis unit of relationship structure and ontology layer, we build an analysis framework of Internet finance. This framework can supply a new perspective and method for the study of Internet finance development process.This article is based on the theory of Internet finance, introduce the concept of social emergent critical realism, and use it to the study of development process of Alibaba. It can help us understand of the creative process of Internet finance more profoundly, help us understand the mechanism of innovation. And provide open ideas for further research.We completed this paper with six parts:The first part was the introduction. It introduced the research question of this paper, the research purpose and significance, and research train of thought. The second part introduced the main content of Internet finance. Discuss the definition of Internet finance and the role of the Internet finance and its research status. The third part introduced the theory of social emergence. We constructed an analysis framework of Internet finance by the theory of social emergence. The fifth part was case analysis of Alibaba. We analyzed its development process of Internet finance by the social emergence theory. The sixth part summarized the conclusion of this paper, and prospected the future research.
