The reform of state-owned enterprises is a nagging question for many years.Itstill has many problems in the process of development,so exploring the reform ofstate-owned enterprises from the perspective of enterprise genes is of greatsignificance. Marketization of state-owned enterprises gene model can makestate-owned enterprises analysis state-owned enterprise development from theperspective of bionics and the enterprise itself.In chapter2, we studied the genetic theory, institutional change theory, marketand competition theory as theoretical basis of the marketization of state-ownedenterprises gene. It mainly expounded the theory of enterprise gene, gene heredity,variation, corporate restructuring and the mechanism of diagnosis theory, at the sametime, this paper discussed the similarities and differences among the differentinstitutional changes theories and relevant theories of institutional changes ofstate-owned enterprises, so as to shape the history of marketization of state-ownedenterprises gene analysis to provide theoretical support. And also discusses the theoryand market competition theory, the model path for the marketization of genes fortheoretical roots.In this paper, the third chapter is mainly on the analysis of the connotation ofcorporate gene and heredity, mutation, recombination and diagnosis mechanism, onthe basis of the comparison it is concluded that the connotation of the gene ofmarketization of enterprises, market-oriented enterprise gene existence conditionsincluding the relationship between government and enterprises can be a competitivemarket environment, the appropriate social environment and open and enterprising, gene contains the marketization of property right structure of marketization ofenterprises, results oriented enterprise core values and value-added ability and strongentrepreneurial spirit. Of the genes of marketization of enterprises is analyzed and thesignificance of research of state-owned enterprises to grow.The fourth chapter mainly analyzes the historical change of state-ownedenterprises and the marketization of shaping gene, at the same time, analysis thepresent situation of the marketization of state-owned enterprise of our genes shapeanalysis, problems and related reasons. Marketization of state-owned enterprises ingenetic progress in shape, but so far, the content of the terms and conditions of themarketization of state-owned enterprises gene and the corresponding shape is notvery perfect, reasons mainly include the state system, the path dependence ofinstitutional change, and from three aspects, such as state-owned enterprisesthemselves.The chapter5mainly shape the marketization of state-owned enterprises gene,first proposed the idea of the author himself, mainly including meet the existencecondition of the marketization of state-owned enterprises gene and state-ownedenterprise itself shaped two aspects of marketization of state-owned enterprises gene,the formation of the conditions which rely on the government and external forces, thegene is shaped needs, cultural property rights reform of state-owned enterprises inshaping, value-added ability and to cultivate the students’ entrepreneurial spirit, fromset out actually, practical and up from actions shape the marketization of state-ownedenterprises gene.
