As the world economic develop trend is more unify and open, more and moreChinese enterprises began to move towards the world, develop the internationalmarket become the only way which must be pass for each enterprises. TBEAShenyang company as a world-class manufacturer of transformer products, has beencommitted to develop the international market, although has made someachievements, but there are still many problems. In order to adapt to theinternationalization strategic of the company, we must solve these problems. Basedon current development situation of the trade which TBEA Shenyang TransformerCompany belonging to, combined with the company long-term development strategyto develop the international market, then choose Egypt market as the typical market,and to research the market development strategy of Egypt.At present, Egypt is the largest international market of TBEA Shenyang, andmaintains steady growth. At the same time, the Egyptian market’s demand fortransformer products is huge, and the Egyptian government supports to develop theelectricity industry, encourages overseas enterprises to enter the Egyptian market. Inview of this, the company will focus on developing the Egyptian market and increaseinvestment. However, many problems exist in the process of market development asfollowing: Cannot understand customer’s habits and standards very well;Transformers’ standardization is very bad;After-sales service system is not perfect;Lack of suitable personnel for market development;No in-depth analysis of thecompetitors;The company is lack of international management experience;Riskcontrol is too weak. All above all lead to frequent transformer product quality problem; Transformerproducts technical solutions always can’t comply with the customer’s actual demand.A lack of understanding of the local relevant laws and regulations then makes toomany economic losses, and so on. If these problems can’t be settled timely andeffective, is bound to affect and constrain the Egyptian market development, if theseproblems can’t be settled well is likely to force TBEA Shenyang Company withdrawfrom Egypt market.Combined with the above situation, based on the guide practice in the research,first described the present situation of Egyptian market development and existingproblems, and in view of the problem to make a in-depth analysis of the causes, andthen from two aspects as external environment and internal environment to analysisthe overall competitive environment, at last, through the SWOT analysis method,research the advantages and disadvantages, opportunities and threats which TBEAare faced, to formulate the corresponding strategy and safeguard measures ofimplementation strategy. The strategy as following:Look the brand publicity as thebasis of market development;Adopt diversified sales channels;Rely on old clients todevelop new customers.Hope that through Egypt market development strategy research can provide theinspiration of actual combat. At the same time, in this paper, the research results canbe have a certain reference value and practical significance to develop market in thefuture market in other countries, also hope to be able to explore the internationalmarket for other domestic enterprises to provide strategies for reference.
