Measuring Instruments Management Process Improvement Research

With the reform of economic Marketization,QH company have only focused to military and civilian industry development of dual mode transition instead of the military industry.The quality of product has become critical factor of QH directly affects the enterprise future survival and development.How to make the product quality management better, involves a lot of problems in project management. Thereinto,it is intensifying the ability of the management of measuring instruments, it is very important to improve the accuracy of inspection and testing of the product production process.Therefore,strengthening the management of measuring instruments has become the foundation of management, is one of focal points measuring department work, for the quality of products has played the role of escort.In this thesis, from the analysis of the current status of QH company management of measuring instruments, expert interviews and brainstorming activities by users and the management of measuring instruments, discovered the existence of measuring instruments management problems, and the problems are analyzed, summarized the influence factors of the management of measuring instruments. Using the weighting method to analyze the influence to the management of measuring instruments, to evaluate the influence factors using the expert scoring method, to pointed out the direction to enhance the management level. At the same time, determining the weight of each index in the evaluation, evaluation on the basis of the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method for measuring instruments management level evaluation results. From the evaluation results, to find and solve problems through the influence of measuring instruments management can improve the management process of measuring instruments. According to the analysis of the status quo of metrology management of QH enterprise management status, the existence of the logical framework approach the problem of further analysis, finally get the methods of how to improve the level of management of measuring instruments.The significance of this thesis provides the specific method of analysis.The method can research on the influencing factors of the management of measuring instruments, It can effectively find the existence of instrument management in QH enterprises.It can promote the development of enterprise management methods of measurement and provide reference for other enterprises.
