HR (human resources) is a very important part of the daily management of the hotel industry, and employee satisfaction management is the important indicators of HR management.Hotel industry belongs to labor-intensive and service industry, the staff is the important pillar of normal operation of the hotel. In addition, the staff is the carrier for the hotel product, its value is realized and value-added by employees. So employees’ job satisfaction study is necessary for the hotel. Through understand the staff management of A hotel of Hainan province, discusses the cultural background of different departments, staff and other influence factors on employee job satisfaction caused by the differences, The staff job satisfaction status of A hotel of Hainan province and the factors affecting their job satisfaction are understood.Based on the sorting, analysis and summary of related literature of existing employee job satisfaction concept, related theory and influence factors and in combination with the practical situation of the employee management of A hotel in Hainan province, the present satisfaction situation and problems of A hotel staff job can be investigated on using the modified JDI questionnaire.200questionnaires are handed out to A hotel staff, which include190valid questionnaires, and the questionnaire efficient is95%. With the reliability and validity analysis of the job satisfaction survey data of A hotel staff, it is concluded that this employee job satisfaction influence factor is effective and the variance analysis of each research variables based on descriptive statistics and demographic factors. The results show that among the various influencing factors of job satisfaction of A hotel staff, the average of the guest relationship satisfaction factor is the highest. This suggests that there is a higher level of A hotel staff’s service quality and work initiative, a higher recognition of hotel products and services for employee and a more harmonious relationship between customers and employees. Then, the staff of A hotel’s overall satisfaction is relatively high, indicating hotel staff have a high recognition with A hotel with full enthusiasm into work and high standards services to customers. Therefore, both interpersonal relationship degree of satisfaction and work reward satisfaction of A hotel staff are relatively low, which suggests that A hotel staff there is A problem of the interpersonal relationship among employees of A hotel and the returns from work to pay is also not satisfactory. In addition, demographic factors on the differences of the research variables analysis showed that employees working departments, staff working years, employees position and the employees by education background are four factors affecting employees’ job satisfaction, and the influence degree of each are not identical. Finally, according to the investigation and analysis of the status quo of A hotel employee job satisfaction, decision-making reference and management advice for the management of employee job satisfaction are provided for A hotel.
