In recent years, the development of the logistics industry is rapid,but the green logistics has not attracted most people’s attention,especially the fruit green logistics. Because of the fruit’s property ofperishable and short saving cycle, the standards of warehousing,packaging, and transportation are usually not up to the requirements ofpreservation, thus tens of millions of tons of the fruit are lost in ourcountry. As the fruit in the process of circulation causes seriousenvironmental pollution and resources waste, it directly influences theprocess of sustainable development and the improvement of economicefficiency.Lingbao city is the biggest apple planting base in Henan province.Its apple industry is the city’s economic backbone, but the backwardlogistics restricts its development severely. In order to reduce logisticscosts and improve operational efficiency, as well as provide reference forthe development of fruit green logistics in underdeveloped areas, thispaper analyses the present situation of circulation of Lingbao apple, andstudies the development of green logistics of Lingbao apple by referringthe relevant data and field investigation.Firstly, this paper studies the concept of green logistics, agriculturalproducts logistics and green logistics of agricultural products, andanalyses the theory of green logistics. Based on various ecology theories,research on green logistics of Lingbao apple is to achieve the objective ofresources recycling and sustainable developmentSecondly, this paper analyses the existing logistics modes ofLingbao apple, and focuses on the current situation of green logistics byfinding the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of greenlogistics development with SWOT.Thirdly, based on the analytic hierarchy process and the fuzzycomprehensive evaluation method, as well as the establishment ofevaluation index system, this paper evaluate the green logistics system of Lingbao apple, analyses the factors of greening and affecting factorsof the development of green logistics.Finally, on the one hand, this paper optimizes green transportation,green storage, green packaging and green circulation processing, on theother hand, it analyses the logistics system operation mode based on thecycle of supply chain and the green logistics operation mode based onproduct life-cycle. In the end, in order to achieve greening in the logisticsoperation of Lingbao apple in the future, the safeguard measures of greenlogistics system are put forward.
