The labor strike issue has attracted wide attention of the scholars and the society:scholars have researched, the media have done a lot of widely reported. The application ofelectronic industry labor quantity is numerous, strike is emerge in an endless stream, morescholars claim that the current has entered the period of high incidence of strike. Thispresents challenges for the urgency and arduousness of the strike of the electronics industry.Using the grounded theory research method, and combined with the case study of FoxConn group related research. First of all, through the open coding, find out the basic factorsthat influence them; then, through the spindle code to integrate the basic factors that influencethe case enterprise, main concept category; finally, the relationship between codingverification concept category by selecting the concept, category complete, the formationmodel of labor strikes management factors. Eventually reached the following conclusions:(1) the main factors affecting the labor strike is the salary welfare and social securityfactors. According to the theory of double factors related conclusion, salary and welfare andsocial security factors are hygiene factors, salary and welfare and social security violationwill cause the labor intense dissatisfaction. The main demands of Fox Conn group laborstrikes is to maintain their own right of distribution, reflects the importance of salary andwelfare and social security of labor factors. Enterprises should pay attention to salary andwelfare and social security factors of labor, maintain the lawful rights and interests ofworkers.(2) An important factor affecting the labor strike for rights of way and internalpromotion system. Internal rights of way include the organizational support factors and thetrade union organization factors, two factors related to lab our discontent can be transmittedto the management layer, whether to have the opportunity to consult with management.Promotion of institutional factors were more concerned about the motivation of enterprise oflabor, thereby improving the labor’s loyalty to enterprises.(3) for electronic factory workers in addition to working environment, strength, workpressure, work safety and health work, itself becomes an important factor causing the laborstrike. The intensity of work is not reasonable, the working environment is not perfect and other factors on the impact of labor work is direct, work pressure, work safety and healthsecurity will directly increase lab our discontent.
