Corporate culture is the soul of an enterprise, is the core essential factor to promote the enterprise of the soft power. More and more enterprises realize the importance of corporate culture in promoting core competitive competency. Petroleum Company is a resource enterprise which has unique development path and background. New corporate culture for petroleum enterprises with time characteristics should be established with innovation and optimization brought into the existing enterprise culture on the basis of inheriting fine tradition.This article adhere to the idea of seeking truth from facts, the basic content of the corporate culture and core philosophy as a theoretical basis, This paper analysis and researches the corporate culture construction of BGP institute.
