The Research On The Online Financial Supply Chain

Supply chain finance is a kind of financing mode,in this mode banks supply flexible financial products and services for the core enterprise together with upstream and downstream enterprises.It has played a very positive role in solving the financing difficulties of small and medium-sized enterprise and optimizating the whole industry chain.However, the traditional supply chain finance is increasingly exposed defects such as the complex examination and approval procedure, the cumbersom eformalities and inefficient.and worse,the traditional supply chain financial services mainly in medium-sized enterprises, it unable to further solve the financing difficults of the small and medium-sized enterprises(especially the small micro enterprise) in our country at present.Based on the analysis of the current situation and the trend of the development of the supply chain finance, this paper argues that online supply chain finance is the only choice to solve the financing plight of the small micro enterprise and to constantly improve the supply chain finance.Online supply chain finance,which between the financial industry and the real industry, is a new trend of the development of supply chain finance.It is an integrated trading financial innovation products,which can meet the low cost, high efficiency, high benefit and intensive management goals.Online supply chain finance can make up for the deficiencies of traditional supply chain finance,the research on it has very important theoretical and practical significance.Later in this article, therefore,this paper analyzes the synergy structure and operation support system of online supply chain finance,the financing mode of online supply chain finance will be divided into accounts receivable, inventory and prepaid type in this paper,and then this article analyzes the trade correlation of online supply chain finance,according to the three typical financing models,this paper builds four trade linkage models based on E-commerce transactions,online financing transactions,online payment transactions and online logistics transaction,and then this paper identify the operational risk by the trade linkage models,build the directory of risk identification and classification,establish the key indicator evaluation system of operation risk based on the four trading stage,establish the operation risk internal control scheme by risk monitoring,risk prevention,risk of loss.Finnaly,in order to give commercial banks some reference opinions for carrying out online supply financial services,this paper picked the case of the branch of ping an bank to reseach the specific business processes,the operational risk identification and control measures of tickets before credit financing mode.
