In the field of security YNAF personal protection already achieved considerable success, but with the rapid development of economy and market competition, its inherent traditional marketing channel management to some extent, restricted the further development of the company, so YNAF company put forward new demands to their own products in a reasonable position, the expansion of markets and promotion of further strengthened. In this paper, the practical problems YNAF company exists in the marketing channel management and economic development in the current fierce competition in the market are analyzed and explore, ask questions and then targeted solutions.Research of paper aim at get active solution for developing the advantages of YNAF company’s own case, how to make the YNAF company advantages in channel management, performance management in the channel at the same time how to make up for lack of in depth research and analysis in order to find the optimal approach.
