In the new economic era of rapid economic growth, enterprises are facing increasingly fierce competitive environment. Management processes and management model in traditional manufacturing enterprises are facing ordeal even more severe.The model of enterprises and departments and the model of enterprises and suppliers need to be extended to the whole supply chain environment. Business growth, development, and competition have extended to their supply chain as well as respective elements of each link.Currently, Study domestic and overseas abroad has achieved fruitful research results about inventory management and inventory management in supply chain environment, which provides a rich theoretical basis for the case studies in this article.Based on F Company as the research object, this paper further researches the present situation of, teases out existing problems and inductive cause of parts inventory management in F Company. Under the supply chain environment, we optimizely design the system level and process level of F Company inventory management. At the inventory control, inventory management of F Company will be designed optimizely from four levels:organization structured based on function integration, VMI based on inventory reach terminal design, purchasing and production plan combination based on the method of JIT and information organization optimization based on fusion mode of the network. At the inventory management process, inventory management will be designed optimizely in three dimensions: inventory management optimization based on the collaborative management of production and supply, methods of parts material classification and management and the distribution mode of material based on collaborative and hierarchical.Under the supply chain environment, after the redesign of inventory management of F company from the inventory control and inventory management process levels:the integration of the corporate sector functions and multi-sectoral resource advantage, production and inventory Manxmen guided by the market demand. These will ample the collaborative management of production, procurement and inventory and optimize existing inventory management methods. At the same time the company decision for the inventory management will be to develop in the direction of systematic and co-ordinated. In addition, the implementation of the supplier’s inventory management and the distribution mode of integrated logistics network will improve emergency response capacity of the company. All in all, inventory management system is designed from the system level and process level, which will realize the optimization of inventory management, and improve the competitiveness of supply chain in F Company.
