| Hohhot Petrochemical Company is the only one refining enterprises in Inner Mongolia. It produces Gasoline, diesel, liquefied petroleum gas, jet fuel, polypropylene and other petrochemicals to meet the market demand of Inner Mongolia, Shanxi and surrounding areas. The Quality problems of the oil products continue to occur throughout the country in recently years, and the conspicuous environmental problems are also related to this. The quality problems of the Petroleum products have become the focus of the community.Many quality problems have happened in Hohhot Petrochemical Company after its new project started. An important task of the product quality management of this company is how to conduct the quality management process efficiently and reasonable with the quality management theories. So that it can be worked scientifically.The Quality Management Problems in Hohhot Petrochemical Company is studied through case study approach. This paper mainly introduces the existing quality management model of this Company and analyzes the main problems existing in the Quality management structure, quality management and quality analysis process, and also the harm it’s caused. It was found that Hohhot Petrochemical Company product quality problems mainly due to the unreasonable quality management structure model, the immature system and management methods, the poor project organization and coordination and the unscientifically quality management process. Finally, the improvement strategy of the Company’s quality management has proposed which include:perfecting quality management system and methodology, improving the coordination efficiency and the quality management awareness of all people, promoting scientific management in quality management process, optimizing work arrangement and workload of the staff by Gantt chart.It is very important to enhance the level of quality management for the enterprise survival and development. The new product quality managed by past model has been out of date. It needs efficiency new ideas and theories to conduct the quality management of Oil refining enterprises. |
