Business strategy plays fundamental roles for companies to survive and to develop. VOTEUSENY, a fully foreign-owned company, is facing huge development pressure in China complex and fast-changing business environment. To form scientific development strategies and to strengthen the strategic management is key and urgent. This paper researches VOTEUSENY development strategy seeking to provide strategic decision-makings and contribute to the establishment of the strategic management system, also expecting similar companies to get reference from the thesis.This paper uses theoretical analysis model and tools regarding strategic management and the management itself to interpret the framework, processing and methods of analyzing, forming, implementing and controlling strategy systematically.First of all, there are analysis on general environment and industry environment. PEST model is used to analyze the political&legal, economic, social&cultural, technical and other macro-environment. Porter’s five forces model is used to analyze the competitors, suppliers, customers, potential entrants and substitutes for present products. Value chain model is used to analyze the operations of VOTEUSENY internally. Subsequently SWOT tools summarize the opportunity, threats, strength and weakness.Based on enterprise development life-cycle theory, industry life-cycle and general competition strategy, the development strategy is clearly defined, goals and implementation are established accordingly. In order to better realizing the effectiveness of the strategy and to manage the changes, KPIs evaluation system and contingency planning is mentioned. |
