The purpose of this study is through team management present situation of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis of questionnaire survey means, find out the key problems existing in the management of H company, and combining the related management theory, the tailor a solution for H company, so as to improve the team management ability, H company solve the problem of H company practical management team, to aim to increase the competition ability of H company, and to guarantee the sustainable operation and development of H company.The research idea of this article is in team management, under the guidance of relevant theories, such as performance and motivation will H company team according to its functions are divided into the core team, business team, the project team, three levels, and use of the three levels of team management status, the qualitative analysis of the problems of team management, reusing the analysis methods such as questionnaire survey, qualitative analysis of the problems existing in the team at every level, finally find out the corresponding countermeasures to solve these problems.In this paper, the research can to a certain extent, can make up for the literature research on company team management fewer defects, has a certain theoretical significance; And adopt the method of qualitative and quantitative, dig problems existing in the management of H company, and combining the theory of team management, performance and motivation theory, find out targeted solutions to solve the problem of H company, team management and team management of H company has a positive role in guiding and has stronger realistic and practical significance.
