An Analysis Of The Influence Of Real Estate Industry Scale On Distribution Pattern Of Chinese National Income

Recent years, our national income’s change led to the fall of familydepartment’s share, which restricts the increase of household Consumption. Thispaper first review the existing literature, establish a multiple linear regressionmodel for empirical test, and find out that the real estate industry scale, realinterest rates and labor supply quantity are important factors which influence thedistribution pattern of Chinese national income most. The expansion of the scaleof the real estate industry has made the government in the national income sharethe distribution pattern of the bigger proportion, finally gives the policySuggestions.This paper is divided into five parts.Part I: Introduction: This chapter introduces the research background,significance, research methodology and framework, and points out thecharacteristics of innovation and research in this article.Part II: Literature Review: This chapter reviews the theoretical basis andresearch methods at home and abroad in terms of national income, while theintroduction of the research status of national income distribution pattern causeanalysis.Part III: Theoretical Model: This chapter first summarizes the relevanttheoretical foundation, and then build the income distribution model with the realestate industry and other industries, to investigate the effect of the real estatesector accounted for the proportion of the distribution pattern of the nationaleconomy.Part IV and Part V: Empirical Testing: Using empirical methods ofmeasurement for reasons of national income distribution pattern changeempirical testing with national-level data and provincial-level dataPart VI: Conclusions: This section summarize and conclude on this article,and then make policy recommendations to adjust the distribution of nationalincome, and finally pointed out the shortcomings and the prospects of this articleon this article...
