Analysis Of Possibility、Influence And Problems On China-GCC FTA Construction

After the Second World War, especially since twentieth Century80time metaphase, the regional economic integration which derived from the many regional cooperation organization is developing. The regional cooperation organization has not only the economic development level of close cooperation between countries, but also between the level of economic development is far away from the developed and developing countries of the union, they are all over the world, which has a great effect on the world economy and trade system. In a variety of ways to achieve regional economic integration, free trade area (FTA) is one of the largest one. China and the Gulf state of Arabia Commission (GCC) are actively involved in the construction of FTA.As the developing economies, Chinese and GCC have the deepen desire to construct FTA. Xi Ping met with senior officials who came from Saudi Arabia, Kuwait’s, had more than once said, Chinese is willing to establish the FTA along with the GCC, and hopes to sign the relevant agreement as soon as possible. For looking forward to China, the GCC also gave a positive response. The GCC foreign ministers Council published in the latest issue of "foreign FTA negotiation evaluation report", put Chinese into FTA preferred negotiation object list.In fact, the china-GCC FTA negotiations as early as in2004has already started, has lasted ten years. But because of various reasons, china-GCC FTA was halt in2009instead of built.In2014, China and GCC held the third round of strategic meeting in Beijing, the China-GCC FTA negotiation is expected to restart.Therefore, research on the related problems of China-GCC FTA has a very important significance for promoting economic and trade relations between China GCC development and security China energy security. Therefore, this paper tries to study China-GCC FTA construction problems, the possibility and effect, and give your own policy recommendations.This paper consists of six parts:The first chapter is introduction. The introduction part, the background and significance of the paper systematically are expounded, and then the research methods of this paper are introduced, finally the structure frame, the innovations and inadequacies of the thesis are given.The second chapter is literature review and related theories. This chapter first summarized the current domestic and foreign scholars on this subject research, then elaborates the theoretical basis of this thesis writing depend, finally guidance on the literature review and related theories of this article has made a brief summary.The third chapter is the development of trade cooperation on China and GCC economic and the development of FTA on China-GCC so far. This chapter first introduces the general situation of the GCC economy, analyses the present situation and characteristics of trade in goods, direct investment, project contracting and other aspects of the China with GCC, and then describes the China-GCC FTA advance, finally according to the content of this chapter made a small knot to illustrate the importance of China-GCC FTA to the further development of economic and trade relations between the two sides.The fourth chapter is analysis of problems and possibilities of China-GCC FTA construction. This chapter is divided into two parts. The first part analyses some problems of China-GCC FTA construction; the second part through the four indicators for the empirical analysis of China-GCC FTA, and get a conclusion that China-GCC FTA is likely to establish.The fifth chapter is the influence after the completion of the China-GCC FTA on China economy. This chapter firstly analyzed the influence path of China-GCC FTA to China economy, then giving the details to the influence of China-GCC FTA to china economy.The sixth chapter is the conclusion and the policy suggestion. Summarizing the research results in this paper on China-GCC FTA, and puts forward some policy suggestions according to the conclusion content.
