| A country and the area for the pursuit of economic growth has not only stay in terms of thenumber of expansion, the quality of the economic growth process should be accompanied by thegrowth of the number and the improvement of quality, they are complementary to each other.Study the influence of industrial structure on economic growth quality is the improvement of thequality of economic growth theory and development；Especially in combination with China’scurrent development goals, the requirements of the "twelfth-five-year" plan and the overallrequirement of building a socialist harmonious society, the more outstanding the importance andnecessity of the research quality of economic growth. In this paper, by using statistical analysismethod of principal component analysis and the econometric time series analysis method, byadopting the combination of normative analysis and empirical analysis method, to adj ustindustrial structure in Shaanxi province has made the qualitative and quantitative analysis, enrichthe theory of economic growth, and speed up the industrial structure adjustment and optimizationof industrial structure in Shaanxi province to provide the reference.In this paper, the key part is the industrial structure of Shaanxi province and makes anempirical analysis of the relativity of the quality of economic growth, through the analysis, fromthe overall trend, Shaanxi in the20years of economic growth quality appeared gradually reduce.Through the analysis of the industrial structure of Shaanxi province, in terms of three industryproportion, Shaanxi province is still in "231" mode, in the future Shaanxi should be to attachimportance to both secondary and tertiary industry mode development pattern. From theperspective of the dual economic structure, Shaanxi binary comparison coefficient of a risingtrend in recent years, but with the standard values of "1" gap is bigger, it also shows that in the secondary and tertiary industry development is still hidden behind the low efficiency ofagricultural production, dual structure did not ease. From three industrial comparative laborproductivity also can be seen that three industria l comparative labor productivity gap in Shaanxiprovince has a tendency to shrink. the dual economic structure has begun valued. The countrysidesurplus labor force are moving to cities, in the future should continue to push forward themodernization of agriculture, reasonable use of rural surplus labor force. Convergence ofindustrial structure and internal control, Shaanxi is lack of effective industry cooperation betweeneach prefecture of development planning, which is also restrict healthy development. Throughmany departments to measure the contribution of output structure changes, which can drawadjustment of industrial structure of Shaanxi impact on the quality of economic growth is higherthan the national average. Through econometric analysis, we can reach that in1992-2011,industrial indicators affecting the quality of economic growth in Shaanxi province is mainly thesecond industry comparative labor productivity. Shaanxi also rely on the second industry topromote economic growth, which will restrict the improvement of economic quality in a certainextent. |
