Research On The Logistics Optimization Of Bulk Goods Based On Supply Chain Collaboration

With the development of the national economy, the logistics demand of the bulk goods isgrowing, as well as the problems of the logistics become more and more obvious. Such as thehigh cost and the low efficiency of the transportation, the high level of inventory of the wholesupply chain and so on. So it is needed to improve and optimize the supply chain logistics of thebulk goods. Therefore, this thesis applies the theory of supply chain coordination to themanagement of the supply chain logistics of bulk goods. In the background of the supply chainlogistics of one company of bulk goods, this paper designs a optimized scheme of supply chaincoordination, puts forward a scheme of the business process of supply chain logistics based onthe promotion of information technology, designs a process-oriented organization structure ofbulk goods enterprises, constructs a collaborative replenishment mechanism of bulk goods basedon CPFR, and realizes the collaborative management of supply chain logistics of bulk goods atlast.This paper conducts collaborative optimization for the supply chain logistics mainly fromthree aspects:(1)Design a business process of the logistics of bulk goods based on promotion ofinformation technology. In view of the problems in the bulk goods logistics, it analyses theSCOR model of bulk goods logistics. On this basis, the paper designs a whole logistics processof collaborative supply chain, achieves the smooth of supply chain process, and improves theefficiency of the transportation. It also designs the internal storage and transportation process ofbulk goods enterprises, improves the efficiency of goods delivery.(2)Design a process-oriented organization structure of collaborative logistics. The paperfirstly expounds the current problems existing in the organization structure of bulk goodsenterprises and analysis the causes. Secondly, it analysis the core process of logistics business,and then designs a collaborative logistics organization structure based on it. Finally, combinedwith the logistics strategy of bulk goods enterprises, the paper analysis the core business process of independent logistics companies and then design the logistics organization structure of thebulk goods company.(3)Propose a collaborative replenishment mechanism of bulk goods based on CPFR. Thispaper designs a piecewise cooperative and multimodal transported logistics replenishment ofbulk goods. There, bulk goods enterprises sign cooperation agreements with motor companiesand shipping companies respectively, collaborative the transportation of trucking and shipping inthe multimodal transportation, make linkage trucking and shipping plans. This model caneffectively reduce the inverted box operation in the multimodal transportation and reduce thedamage of the goods. Based on the replenishment mode, it designs a CPFR management modelof bulk goods, and plans the concrete implementation steps of the CPFR. It concludes supplychain network planning a collaborative planning model designing of bulk goods in thecollaborative planning. Collaborative replenishment is an important stage of bulk goods logistics.So this paper researches focus on the collaborative replenishment of bulk goods, and putsforwards management by exception of CPFR replenishment period and its settlementmechanism.
