Mail Business is traditional,basic and symbolic business of post. And it is also amethod of servicing and offering message communication for people. Mail Businessplays an crucial role in communication of people from different areas and also makesgreat contribution to state organ confidential documents. However, with the rapiddevelopment of electronic information technology and Internet, fundamental changeshave taken place in the means of communication. Instant, quick and convenient phonehas already formed a branch. Therefore, the development of Internet andcommunication technology provides both great challenge and chance for thedevelopment of post mail business. As separate operation of Jilin post universalservice and competitive business happened, and saving bank and EMS establishedconstantly, mail business received more and more attention and has been pushed tomarket.
