Demand Analysis Of Logistics Talents In Henan Province Under The Background Of Aviation Economy

Nowadays, air transport has become "the fifth wave" and aviation economy has become the promotion of regional economic competitiveness and the new engine bringing development by leaps and bounds. In order to meet the needs of aviation economy development of Henan Province and promote the development of modern logistics industry in Henan Province, this paper aimed at the serious lack of advanced logistic talents who have the concept of modern logistics under the background of aviation economy, especially the aviation logistics talents, which has become a bottleneck to restrict the development of modem logistics industry in Henan Province. Starting from the development of the aviation economy environment, analyzes the demand characteristics of the logistics talents and makes prediction on it, so as to put forward some countermeasures to develop Henan logistics talents. It will provide a reliable theoretical basis and practical guidance for the development of logistics talents in Henan Province under the background of aviation economy.The paper first describes the background and significance of the research, reviews related theories of the aviation economy and modern logistics industry, then analyzes the industry characteristics of aviation economy, the developing trend of modern logistics and the research literature theories related to the demand of logistics talents are reviewed. Second, combined with the actual development of modern logistics industry in Henan Province, it makes in-depth study on Henan Province logistics talents supply and demand situation, analyzing the quality requirements, level features and the existing problems of logistics talents demand in Henan Province for the need of aviation economy, then defining demand range of the logistics talents under the background of aviation economy. On the basis of above, through collecting the statistical data of the Henan Province logistics practitioners, it identifies the number of logistics talents in Henan Province logistics industry practitioners, and then uses grey Markov method to establish the demand forecasting model to predict the scale of logistics talents demand of the core logistics industries in Henan Province, that is, transportation, storage, postal, wholesale and retail from2013to2022and it makes a separate demand prediction of aviation logistics talents. Considering the random fluctuations affect form the development of aviation economy to logistics talents demand in Henan Province, it uses the Markov method to make dynamic correction for the grey prediction results, compensating for the defect of low precision of grey prediction in random data sequence prediction and makes the prediction results more close to the reality, providing the theoretical basis for the formulation of cultivation strategies. Finally, on the basis of deep analysis of the prediction results, combined with the actual situation of Henan Province and the requirements of aviation economy, it puts forward five suggestions in the cultivation of logistics talents for the government and logistics enterprises, including the expansion of investment, strengthening the construction of teachers and the creation of collaborative training mode, etc.
