Corporate culture, as one of the key factors and driven forces in corporate development, plays a key role in the company’s soft power level. An outstanding corporate culture can not only provide its employees healthy working atmosphere, largely improves employees’working enthusiasm and creativity, increase the competitiveness of a corporate, and also brings more positive power to the company, which is the core drive force in the company’s growth.At present, the corporate culture in China is still in the beginning stage and most corporate managers are lack of comprehensive and correct knowledge regarding its core value, content and implementation process. In the process of building and performing establishment of corporate culture, misunderstandings and blind zones are exist. The establishment of corporate culture is formalistic, also the target and direction of establishment are often unclear, which lead to an unsatisfied result of the establishment of corporate culture and hardly provide substantial guidance and guarantee to the development of the corporate. In order to fully develop its positive impact, it’s very necessary to further investigate the existing issues in building the corporate culture and find the right way to improve it.Corporate A, a high-tech company which has successfully transformed some outstanding scientific and technological achievements into feasible applications is a typical example in this topic. How to establish its unique corporate culture which is more applicable and efficient especially in the aspects of improving its internal cohesion and external competitiveness, has become a major task that the company confronts at current stage. This paper will present the outstanding interconnection between the construction ability of corporate culture and the development level of the corporate. In this paper, I applied the method of document study to collect relevant background information and data of A company, and used the method of questionnaire and interview to investigate current issues that exist in A company’s corporate culture. A further and systematic analysis was also conducted from four aspects including spiritual culture, discipline culture, material culture and behavior culture. Finally, combined with A company’s industry background and its development phase, internal and external environment and culture management mode for its enterprise culture construction, this paper presents some reasonable and specific principles and targets, and as well as some methods to improve the organization structure, soft atmosphere, system construction, communication and training mechanism and so on, in order to effectively promote A company’s sustainable and healthy development in the new construction process of enterprise culture.
