Research onperformance and confidence in the process of employment also helps us to better torethink our education mode, provide support for the reform of education.First of all, based on the control of the level of education, under the condition ofusing the human capital characteristics of education quality (grades, laborer confidence)to laborer employment selection are analyzed, and the influence of the results show thatunder the same degree level, workers with higher quality of education (higher gradesand labor confidence) can enter the high income of industry. Secondly, this article alsoanalyzed the function of its employment choice results from the angle of the laborersocial relation network. The result show that social networks significantly promote workers enter into the high income industry. Finally, the article will be carried out inaccordance with the degree of marketization of the laborer classification, in order toverify whether the marketization weaken the impact of grades, self-confidence andsocial capital on looking for a job. The results show that the marketization weaken therole of social relation network obviously, reduced competition unfairness of labormarket caused by factors mentioned above. Education quality of human capital becomemore important in the job. However we thought highly of education achievement effecton individual laborers employment which can’t bring confidence to people.
