Those companies can’t adapt to the new mode start to be in a disadvantage status during the competition.Based on the difficulties SGL company is facing now, the small batch production was found a key factors. Start from the "Production", which is the most important part during the order delivery, People, Machine and production flow in production was analyzed, and a solution of using Group Technology and Cell Production was pointed out. After that, by using the "production process analyze method" and "Branch and Clustering method",6product groups were grouped. And then the process routing was designed according to ’Composite process method’and the standard documents were also set. Finally, the Production cell was established, and taking "CC3" as an example, required people and machines for the cell was calculated and the production balance of the Cell was also be studiedThe research of this problem is very important for SGL company to reduce the delivery time, and also have certain reference significance for other company which is also various product but small batch production. |
