Research On Insurance Fraud Risk Prevention And Control Of PA Company

With the development of our automobile industry, auto becomes common tool in our daily life. The auto’s prosperity make the car insurance getting booming development. But some problems arise with the rapid expansion of the insurance business increases, such as the fraud to claims. More and more senior leaders realize how to control the risk of fraud claims will make great effect on the competiveness in the market.In this thesis, PA Company is taken as the subject. At first, connotation and research status of insurance industry at home and abroad were expatiated in the paper. Then some schemes about antifraud system are proposed including the current situation of organization and process, the platform of the claim, claim tool. And more attention paid on the identification to the risk, human organization, tool organization, and optimum of the process. After that, some appraisement about the improvement measures to the process and identification system should be done by the way of questionnaire and data comparison. In the end, two improvement measures are proposed; one is about the human resource management including the ability of staff, the check plan and the promotion; another is about the improvement of tool management including the personal credit, deductible clause and investigation mechanism.This research not only contributes to improve the control of the risk of fraud claims in PA Company, but also provides some references to some other insurance company.
