Research On Economic Effects Of Beijing Modern Information Service Industry

Modern information service industry is a basic,pilot and strategic industry in national economy.It is the most active,intelligence intensive and the fastest growing industry.It is also the core and soul of informatization.Modern information service industry develops rapidly,and has become the world’s economic growth momentum. Beijing depends on its abundant talents,science and technology, information resources and market strategy,the information service industry has been rapid development in recent years,leading the country information service innovation and development.The influence of modern information service industry to the national economy in direct effect and indirect effect.The main performance of direct effect is that information services as part of the economic activity,the continuous expansion of the scale of production and capital directly promoted the economic growth. Indirect effect is that modern information service industry play a very important role to achieve technological progress,promoting employment and promote the development of other industries.The modern information service industry has innovative and uncertainty features, There have been some researches on the measures of these economic effects in domestic and overseas,but it is not form a unified system. So it is very important to research the economic effects on modern information service industry.For the evaluation of economic effect,we often use fuzzy language description.Such assessment conclusion is not enough to make accurate judgment to the influence degree of modern information service industry.It can’t give priority sequence,so that it is not conducive to the decision makers make the choice.On the basis of reviewing the existing research results in domestic and abroad and clearly define the modern information service industry,this paper has analyzed the development situation of Beijing modern information service industry and has found the problems and challenges in the process of development.Then the paper has studied the influence of modern information service industry to the national economy.It is concluded that the influence of modern information service industry to the national economy in production effect, capital formation effect,technological progress effect, employment effect and industry effect.To establish the five aspects as the first-level indicators,including the16secondary indicators of modern information service industry economic effects evaluation index system.Taking the Beijing modern information service industry as an empirical analysis object,using the principal component analysis (PCA) for its evaluation,the result shows that capital formation effect,technological progress effect and employment effect are prominent.In the end,put forward the countermeasures.Enhance the development level of modern information service industry and maintain the leading position.Ensure support funds in place and expand a variety of financing channels. Strengthen technology research and pay attention to personnel training. Optimize the industrial structure, promote the competitiveness of the industry.
