| With the rapid development of world economy, the consumption model of human society has shifted from the industrial society consumption model, mainly consisting of tangible products, into the post-industrial society consumption model, mainly consisting of intangible services. In the manufacturing field, increasingly fierce competition also forces the manufacturing enterprises of the tangible products spend a lot on shifting their traditional products manufacturing to providing full range of service for customers, which adds the value of tangible products and therefore enhances their competitiveness. Product service system is an organic combination of products and services which adapts to the market requirements by providing the quality services so as to improve the overall products effectiveness and the customer satisfaction. CNC machine tools are not only the key fundamental equipments in the manufacturing industry, but also the carriers of advanced manufacturing technologies. Therefore, this research introduces the product service system design into the field of CNC machine tools and will hold important theoretical significance and practical value. The main contents of this thesis are as follows:(1) Based on the summary of modeling method of product service system, this thesish finished the construction of process model about product service system, built the requirement domain model, function domain model and technology domain model for the key factors of product service system design process, and built the models which express the mapping relationships and the mapping pattern among the requirement domain, function domain and technology domain. And using the ETC series horizontal CNC machine tools as an example this thesis verified the reasonableness of the requirement domain model and the function domain model.(2) Based on the study of service module division method, this thesis proposed a scientific service module division method, decomposed the service function into the service function elements (namely service activities). Then this thesis generated the minimum spanning tree based on Kruskal algorithm with the function elements, and obtained the service module division scheme set by carrying out the cluster analysis and selecting the threshold, and then evaluated the service module division plan based on the close value method and obtained the final service module division plan.(3) Using the modular design concept of the full life cycle as a guide, this thesis carried out the cluster analysis on the function elements which are decomposed from the product functions (namely parts) with the fuzzy C-means clustering algorithm based on SAGA, and finally got the product module division plan.(4) According to the above obtained requirement domain, function domain and technology domain, this thesis built the two-stage house of quality based on the thinking of Quality Function Deployment, and then identified the customer needs weight based on RAHP, tested the consistency of the house of quality based on the theory of correlation analysis, and then determined the target property value of the functional characteristics and the technical characteristics, finally built the integrated architecture of product and service.This thesis studied the information modeling and modular design of product and service of product service system for CNC machine tools, and completed the expression of mapping among requirement domain, function domain and technology domain based on quality function deployment, realized the integration of product and service, and improved the development efficiency of product service system. |
