Research On The Performance Evaluation With The Virtual R&D Team In Software Enterprises

With information technology’s development, the software industry has developed rapidly. As one of the high-tech enterprises, software companies are densely intellectualized, and software R&D is very important. Limited human resource which is the most important resource of software R&D is the main barrier and we can adopt virtual team systems to solve this problem.Performance appraisal mode of traditional software R&D team is not suitable for virtual teams, since this paper attempts to establish a set of performance evaluation system and evaluation method for virtual software R&D teams. Firstly, this paper establishes a set of initial performance appraisal system on the base of BSC, and determines the final evaluation system of virtual software R&D teams with the Delphi method, and then explains the index of this evaluation system in detail. Secondly, the paper uses the methods of the AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to evaluate the performance of virtual software R&D teams. Finally, for the purpose of checking up the rationality and feasibility, the performance appraisal system and the evaluation methods are implemented on the case study.
