At present, emotional labor has become a new concept after the manual labor, mental labor. Research of emotional labor at home and abroad is more popular because of the gradually emerging influence of emotional labor on the individual and corporate. More enterprises attach importance to the emotional labor of staff. Research which of the variables can affect the emotional labor has been many scholars’research topics.Based on the conclusion of the related organizational justice and emotional labor literature at home and abroad, combining the theory of Affective events theory and Cognitive dissonance theory, this study uses questionnaire method to investigate employees in service industry as the research object, processes ANOVA analysis, Correlation and Regression analysis by SPSS software to explore the relationship between the individual organizational justice and emotional labor. At the same time, this study explores how demographic variables affect the organizational justice and emotional labor. The main conclusions of this study are: Organizational justice has significantly correlation with SA, DA and NE; PJ has significantly negatively effect on SA, and has significantly positive effect on DA and NE; DJ is significantly correlated with SA, DA and NE, and DJ has positive effect on NE; LJ has significantly positive effect on DA; IJ has significantly correlation with SA, DA and NE; Gender has significant effect on organizational justice, appearing in the performance of DJ and LJ, Degree has significant effect on PJ; Gender has significant effect on SA, DA and NE, Degree has significant effect on DA and NE, Age has significant impact on NE, Working life has significant impact on DA and NE.On the basis of the discussion of research results, this study proposes pertinent management practice revelations, and highlights the development of PJ, DJ, and LJ. At last, this study concludes with research shortages and prospects for future research.
