With the further development of social economy, the industry boundaries becomeblurred. At the same time, the business environment has become more and more openand complicated. Business environment faced by firms shows the characteristics ofdynamic transformation, which makes a single enterprise harvest less and less tradeearnings. And the interests of the parties tend to have more distribution and shares. Inorder to scientifically analyze the growth of the market and help the enterprise keep themarket position, we introduce the business ecosystem theory. Business ecosystem is akind of new growth mechanism. It can effectively simulate the evolution of themultiple enterprises and their interrelated environmental movement. With a view ofecological system, business ecosystem illustrates the interaction between enterprisesand the relationship.In the second half of the20th century, large diversified business network hasgradually evolved into a more and more stable business operation mode. Thesecommercial networks have been everywhere in today’s biotechnology, insurance,banking, software and other industries. In our business environment, these factsthroughout the network connection caused a major evolution. The performances do notonly reflect on the design of enterprise operation strategy, but also on the understandingof the managerial role. In the recent decade, the use of technology and capitalcombination innovation has made the construction of business ecosystem much easier.Although it’s easy to create, business network has not been well understood by thepeople, and most of them are often faced with unsound management. In fact, businessnetwork can bring unpredictable business operations of high efficiency and innovation.The effects of business networks can create great value.In the process of case studies, this paper found out that single financial indexassessment does not indicate clearly enterprise management of the current state. Somefinancial data seems dangerous. In fact, they do service for the enterprise strategic.On the basis of the case analysis, this paper made the following conclusions:1. In the business ecosystem, the core enterprise displayed its power with itsvitality and the driving force of the long-term evolution. The relationship between the core enterprise and other members and the characteristics of the whole system provide apowerful inspiration, for constructing the business ecosystem and a more intelligentplanning.2. As the core enterprise in the supply chain business ecosystem, EA must ensurethe vitality, maintain the stability of members of enterprises in the upstream anddownstream and continuously bring the common values for the business ecosystem.3. As the core enterprise, EA can build the internal ecosystem of itself, according toits own industry and business characteristics.4. The development of the Eternal Asia determines the length of the enterprisesecological chain. It has a strong ability of derivative ability in the business ecosystem.The growth of the core enterprise has a great impact on the degree of the ecologicalrelevance and the quantity of the node members in the business ecosystem.To improve the plan of enterprises’ future development, the paper gives theappropriate audit opinion. To make it sense, this paper build an evaluation system ofenterprise performance audit for the development of the core enterprise.The contributions of this paper are as follows: in the field of enterpriseperformance auditing, this paper proposes a new concept combining the theory of thebionic management and the structure of the business ecosystem of the supply chain.Based on the perspective of the core enterprise, this paper analyses the level of theperformance. For the impact on the other members, this paper investigates theecological performance of the core enterprise.
