| Synergetics is a new subject which explores the common feature and synergetic mechanism ofdifferent things. Nowadays the theory has become a comprehensive discipline that is widely usedin many fields such as physics, chemistry, biology, economics, sociology and managementscience and so on. IoT industry is one of the strategic newly arisen industries which encouragedby the state and have received great attention. Jiangsu Province started the IoT industry early andhas formed the industry concentration of IoT. However there is still a gap between the IoTindustry in Jiangsu and the world’s advanced level. With the2011Project put forward, theimportance of synergic innovation was stressed. Facing the fierce global competition in IoTindustry, Jiangsu province must promote the to face domestic competition intense development,the province should work hard to promote synergic innovation of IoT industry,leading to the rapiddevelopment of the industry.The IoT enterprises in Jiangsu Province are taken as the research object in this study. Firstly,based on the study of the synergy theory and synergic innovation theory, a model is built bothinternal and external to find the relationship between synergic innovation and innovationperformance. Through questionnaires and data analysis methods several hypothesis are validated.Then technological innovation capability is added to the model as a mediating variable to explorewhether it has a mediating effect in the model. The results show that internal synergic innovation,external synergic innovation and technological innovation capability all has a significant positiveeffect on innovation performance, and technological innovation capability plays a intermediaryrole between synergic innovation and innovation performance. Finally, according the conclusionsome suggestion is put forward from both internal and external side to provide some referenceabout collaborative innovation for enterprises of IoT in Jiangsu Province. |
