The Optimization Research On The Industry Structure Of Agriculture In Bengbu City

Bengbu is one of the major agricultural cities in Anhui Province. Its quality of agricultural development will be directly related to some major issues, which including the ability to promote the agricultural economic, to successfully promote new rural and to achieve sustainable development of agriculture and so on. But in recent years, due to optimization is not timely, the direction is not correct and others, the current industry of agriculture in Bengbu city has not adapted to the long-term goal of the development of agricultural, especially still depends on the traditional planting industry while ignoring the growth of forestry and animal husbandry to show. At present, it gradually appeared to one trend that the agricultural economy of Bengbu will be overtaken by other cities in Anhui Province. Therefore, it is meaningful to optimize the industry structure of agriculture in Bengbu.The paper regards the optimization requirements and standards which is summarized as the main line, combining the current situation of the development of agricultural industry structure of Bengbu city, basing on relevant data from2003to2012, first of all to qualitative or example analyzed the current industrial structure of agriculture, agricultural industrialization, agricultural scale, financial support for agriculture and agricultural industrialization in Bengbu. Then it uses the Grey Correlation Analysis, the Comparative Advantage Analysis and the Linear Regression Analysis to analyze the industrial structure of agriculture, planting structure in Bengbu. Finally, by using the analysis results and combining with the situation of market supply and demand to put forward the feasible policy suggestions on how to optimize the industrial structure of agriculture in Bengbu.The main points of this paper include the following several aspects. Frist, it makes forestry and animal husbandry as the leading industries. For forestry, the key is to improve the level of its processing industry. For animal husbandry, the key is to expand the scale of beef, egg and poultry, dairy production. Second, it combines with the comparative advantages and market supply and demand situation to adjust the planting area of all kinds of plants, focusing of supporting vegetables, fruits and wheat. Finally, it also puts forward to innovating the scale management mechanism and seting up a number of intermediary organizations for land circulation, establishing the long-term mechanism of financial support for agriculture and promoting the development of agricultural product processing industry.
