in recent years, the family business heritage has become the focus of the study. Inheritance issue is not only of concern in the international community, the same as domestic. With the reform and opening up30years ago, private economy developed rapidly, family business began to pass the baton to his successor the hands of the heirs. Part of the heritage of failed cases show that in the past simply transfer ownership and management of the family business is difficult to ensure that Evergreen does not fall, some scholars shifted the study focus to family heritage knowledge class elements. In this thesis, we study the effect of intergenerational transmission mechanism affecting the family business based on family business in Zhejiang Province from the angle of view of knowledge, we attempts to resolve the problem of family business heritage and provide opinions and suggestions.This paper reviews the theory of intergenerational transmission of family business, tacit knowledge transfer theory and the theory of planned behavior. Through literature review and analysis of the three theories, summed research model, and put forward the hypothesis. This paper studies the hypothesis and the impact of the factors which affect the relationship between the positive and negative effects on heritage. In this paper, the questionnaire and interview research methods, we get the family business heritage content elements table, which contains elements of knowledge class skills, experience, values·,·relationships, concepts, capabilities and so on.All samples were studied from Zhejiang province, we issued a total of160questionnaires,129actual recovery, excluding incomplete, missing and errors as well as some invalid questionnaires to fill a total of114valid questionnaires were obtained. In order to ensure data authenticity of our pre-testing and formal questionnaire survey conducted using the reliability and validity analysis. We then conducted data analysis by SPSS19.0software empirical analysis of the resulting data, analyze the contents of the letter containing the validity, factor component analysis, correlation analysis and regression analysis to examine the hypothesis put forward before the test.Through the above literature review, data analysis and model assumptions, we get the following conclusions:1, in the presence of an active role in affecting the relationship between incumbent and heir quality and heritage effect;2, there is a positive role in influence between tradition and heritage willingness effect;3there is a positive role in influence between trust and inheritance positive influence;4, the presence of an intermediary role in the ongoing exchange between the drivers of heritage and heritage effects. Accordingly, we discuss the above four conclusions and to analyze its possible causes.In this study, based in Zhejiang Province, from the perspective view of knowledge, the use of empirical research methods reveals the relationship between tradition and heritage drivers between the effects enrich the stage family business research. Provide a reference for is in the tradition of family enterprise in Zhejiang Province, and finally we present deficiencies of this study and future issues to be further explored a brief introduction.
