The Research About The Combination’s Path Of Enterprise Financial Early Warning And Internal Control

Based on the overseas and domestic research status of corporate financial early warningand internal control, we find that the combination of the two studies in theory and practice areboth blank. So the research direction of this paper is determined. Firstly, we carry on thetheoretical analysis of the correlation between two sides from four angles which contain theory,purpose, function and advantage. Secondly, we conduct an empirical research about thecorrelation between two sides by regression analysis. We come to a conclusion that whether intheory or in practice they influence each other and complement each other. On this basis, wecontinue to explore the path of the integration. First we can put forward the framework of theintegration path. And then we build the operation platform for the path. Finally, through fourprecontrol module containing corporate investment、financing,、management、distribution, wecan implement the concrete program implementation combined the enterprise financial earlywarning with internal control. In order to analyze the feasibility of the integration path, wetake A company as a case, analyzing specific operation method of the integration path. Finally,the article put forward some countermeasures and suggestions to strengthen the integration ofenterprise financial early warning and internal control.In today’s economic environment, it is necessary to analyze the relationship of enterprisefinancial early warning and internal control, so we can find the integration path solution. It isthe needs to strengthen the enterprise internal management, also the needs of the developmentof enterprise, even the needs of market economy development situation in our country.Through the implementation of the integration path of effective financial early warningand internal control, we can make the enterprise control financial risk more effectively, andpromote enterprise optimizing internal structure and improving their management level whilereduce all kinds of enterprise financial risk.
