"Mini blog","WeChat" and "Mini movie", all these newly emerged and developed technologies made this " shrinking" world become even more "mini sized". As for informatinal transmission methods widened and its speed fastened, human beings are starting to alter the traditional methods of acquiring and exchanging information. As for the Telecommunication operators who are working on " GDLT", it’s natural for them to focus on the marketing of these new "mini" forces. Hence,a marketing revolution brought by these new forces is coming to us."mini forces" is convenient,easy to use and with low cost, so it occupied the market within a short time. Therefore,This thesis is to mainly discuss the marketing strategies of the ’mini blog’ and WeChat’.As for the ’GDLT" Telecommunication operators, grasping the advantages of3g/4g,taking hold of the opportunities,knowing and perfecting themselves, combining the traditional marketing strategies of "GDLT" and "mini forces",would help "GDLT" occupy the market eventually.The thesis is to discuss andanalyze the concept,origin,current status,and its development trends, to prove the importance of "mini force marketing" to"GDLT".To deepening the research and solving the deficiency of the "mini forces",I will use the"SWOT" to analyze the internal and external environment of the "GDLT", and combine the successful marketing cases in mini blog and WeChat, so as to bring out my opinions and suggestions,to offer guidelines to the current mainstream marketing strategies of "GDLT",also to give new directions to these marketing strategies for their future development. The conclusion of this thesis is to prove the effectiveness and efficiency of using both mini blog and WeChat forces for marketing--use mini blog for brand exposure,new clients promotion, and client-client relationship building, then use WeChat for pushing information, discount promotion,etc, to better sustain this strong relation and change it to itseconomic value. For better use of these "mini forces" in the new media,"GDLT" is supposed to connect them to the traditional media, to achieve the optimal marketing effects.
