In the science and technology change rapidly today, how can enterprises always remain invincible in the increasingly fierce competition? A scientific and reasonable salary management mode and compensation scheme is the key to retain talent and attract talent.TL is a company to highway design, construction, BT, BOT and highway toll as the main business of integrated companies, after15years of development, has become a highway of well-known domestic enterprises, with the rapid development of the company, exposed some management problems, especially the problems of salary management is more outstanding, such as eating a "mess" phenomenon serious company, the lack of exit mechanisms, keep outstanding talents, the staff generally reflect the lack of fair compensation. In this paper, combining the actual situation of TL company, first carefully research on the basic theory of domestic and international compensation, and then using questionnaire survey, interview and other forms, to the actual situation of TL company were thoroughly, to truly understand the needs of staff, summed up the shortcomings of the original compensation scheme in the company and the insufficiency, then use Mizuki Chiyuki3PM’s salary theory, broadband compensation theory, to reorganize the company TL post, built on the basis of this new post system, finally the job skills wage system based the new compensation scheme establish. The new compensation plan for compensation problems existed in the company were targeted for rectification, and the combination of enterprise strategy, culture and human resources system, it is necessary to wage system and welfare system, enhance the salary scheme for fairness, rationality and competitive in the very great degree. Finally, the implementation of the new salary scheme put forward the implementation procedure and implementation of security, hope the adoption and implementation of this paper is to research on compensation schemes are of realistic significance to future salary management salary.
