Research on the difference of regional economic growth in liaoning province, and analyze the factors that influence the formation of the differences in the regional economic growth to promote coordinated development of the whole regional economy has the indispensable role, is also has the extremely vital significance to the development of the liaoning province and even the whole northeast region’s economic development.According to the theory of unbalanced growth and economic growth theory, as the theoretical basis, through the description about the present situation of regional economic growth of liaoning province, preliminary, understanding the present situation of regional economic growth differences in liaoning province, and then use tal index and group to group the difference gap between the gap of decomposition, and then clear intuitive reflect the condition of difference of the regional economic growth in liaoning province, and the source of the discrepancy. For the analysis of the influence factors of regional economic growth difference in liaoning province is mainly through model analysis, the various influence factors of economic growth to pay for the preliminary quantitative, and then use the software on the panel data analysis, and then through the analysis of the influence of the different effect of various factors.Through the descriptive and empirical analysis, the thesis mainly can be concluded that although at present there are big differences in economic’s development in liaozhong,liaonan,liaoxibei area in liaoning province, but the difference is in constant narrowing. The main cause of this gap is liaozhong,liaonan,liaoxibei regional gap between groups, and the gap in the group’s contribution rate is relatively small. In three regions, southern region within the group of gap is relatively large, this provides theory basis for the government to make economic development strategy, attaches great importance to the economic growth difference between different regions, and the gap between southern region within the group. For the influencing factors of regional economic growth difference, remove not quantify natural conditions, the system factor, technological progress, industrial structure, human capital and material capital are analyzed.
