Research On The Selection And Innovation Of Agricultural Technology Service Modes In Xinjiang

Chinese traditional agriculture is transforming to modern agriculture, agriculture has entered a newstage of development, the development of modern agriculture can effectively improve the income offarmers, the science and technology can promote the development of modern agriculture. This requiresestablish a sound agricultural technology service system, put the science and technology into agriculture,accelerate the development of modern agriculture. Different subjects of agricultural technicalservices provide different services for farmers in the process of agricultural production, create a lot ofdifferent kinds of agricultural technology service models. Different regions’ characteristic agriculture isdifferent, to adapt to different regions of the agricultural technology service mode is also different, only toadapt to local new mode of technical services to make agriculture better and faster development.Therefore，in this paper the Xinjiang region is divided into developed region, underdeveloped region andundeveloped region, according to different areas, to seek suitable for different regions of the agriculturaltechnology service model.In this paper, using field survey data of784farmers in Xinjiang, the investigation results of theagricultural technology service subject, such as agricultural technology extension organizations, farmers’professional organizations, leading enterprises, village level agricultural technology services, analysis ofthe current situation of agricultural technology service system in Xinjiang. According tothe survey questionnaire in Xinjiang, it analyses the farmers’ acquire of agricultural technology service,farmers’ demand of different technical service, farmers’ choose of the ideal technical services mode. Studyon agricultural technology service mode of foreign developed countries, it draw inspiration of suitable forchina’ development of agricultural technology service model. On the basis proposed ideas of Xinjiang’innovative agricultural technology service mode.Some suggestions on the development of agricultural technology service mode are put forward: payattention to the rural basic education, promote the young labor reflow; perfect the agricultural technologyservice system, improve farmers’ satisfaction; encourage agricultural leading enterprises to actively join theagricultural social service; establish agricultural technology service modes of multi cooperation; innovationof agricultural technology service mode; agricultural science and technology transformation for agriculturalscience and technology achievements in a timely manner.
