The pace of urbanization and The rapid economic development in China is closelyrelated to migrant workers.regarding as the product of high rates of economic and socialdevelopment,hey have become an integral part of urban construction and development fromthe late1980s to early1990s.Migrant Flows become the main force and make tremendouscontribution to China’s economic and social developments.Migrant workers also face withmany problems when they impact on the social economy,which has a lot to do with theeconomy.Above all the problems,the key is the income,which is also the biggest concern ofthe migrants.This article analyze migrant workers’ wages level in Urumqi Enterprises incurrent situation.it analyze the influence of farmer income from all aspects such asindividual,community,business,at the same time,it is also a predict on migrant workers’wages to the development trend of income,which promoting the process of Chineseurbanization by fundamentally improving the current lever of migrant workers’ wages.This article intend to study on the factors that affect farmers’ income.As the sustainabledevelopment of China’s reform and opening up and the increasing process of social economicand urbanization.More and more migrant workers join in the town working groups.But withthe low income and slow growth of migrant wages.To increase the income of migrant workersis not only the key to solve the "Three dimensional rural issues",but also relates to the overallsituation of China’s urbanization process.Only if the income of migrant workers is effectivelyprotected,can we fundamentally change the present situation of Chinese low economicinclusion.In fact,based on the real situation of migrant workers we put forward certainproposals to raise the level of migrant income through the research in factors that affecting theincome of peasant workers in Urumqi.It provides a theoretical basis for solving the problemof farmer workers and further accelerates the process of urbanization and social–economicdevelopment in Urumqi.From the perspective of social level,Improving migrant workers’wage levels has a great social effect on narrowing the income gap between urban and ruralareas,promoting agricultural modernization with Chinese characteristics,and completingconstruction of a well-off society.This paper not only studies and analyzes the factors that influence migrant workers’wages and relevant impacts among them,but also being as the basis for designing system andmaking policy,It is based on scientific research and theoretical results of migrant workers’wages at home and abroad.We use the questionnaires of migrant workers in Urumqi industriesfor survey data,adopt descriptive statistical analysis and multivariable linear regression modelto research the factors that influence migrant workers’ wages from an empiricalperspective.The research suggests that migrant workers’ wages is influenced by personalattributes variable such as sex.It is also impacted by professional property variables likeworking hours,the nature of an enterprise,industry type and overtime hours.Besides,thefamily property variables like birthplace affect it too.According to the conclusion of the study,strengthening the supervision of enterprises,strengthen the public employment service,the migrant workers to protect women,minors,and children’s rights,such measures as increasing migrant wages income quickly.
