Research On The Post-evaluation System Of Science And Technology Project In Xinjiang

With the continuous development of the science and technology system reform,it is more and moreimportant for the country development in future based on the merits of the technology projects. Due to itscomplexity and particularity, the public pay more attention to the scientific and reasonable decision ofscience and technology project. Therefore, the ministry of science and technology must be perform theobjective and reasonable post-evaluation of science and technology projects,in order to improve the level ofthe decisions of science and technology projects.But post-evaluation of science and technology projectsprogress slowly in our country,and economy and science and technology in Xinjiang is relatively backward,so it has important theoretical significance and practical significance to perfect post-evaluation system ofscience and technology projects.This paper makes a systematic exposition and in-depth analysis focusing on the perfection ofpost-evaluation of science and technology projects in Xinjiang. Secondly, this paper expounding the national background of evaluation ofscience and technology in Xinjiang,that is the present situation and existing problems of science andtechnology of China. This paper emphasize the status quo and existing problems of the post-evaluation ofscience and technology in Xinjiang, through the comparative analysis of the evaluation system of scienceand technology in innovation country, it is concluded the experience of science and technology evaluationfor Xinjiang.
