Since China’s reform and opening-up, a large-scale of rural labors began to flow from rural places to urban areas."The new dual social structure" formed in city, has been a serious impediment to social inclusion of migrant workers. As the main force of workers, the new generation of migrant workers own stronger willingness and ability to be urban residents, and have a strong desire to integrate into the city. In order to accelerate the achievement of migrant workers’being urban residents, the Government has made a reform of household registration system, which is different in different levels of cities. So, studying the degree and factor of psychological integration of the new generation of migrant workers under the principle of people-oriented is important. It helps to improve the level of development in large cities, and also enhance the attractiveness of small cities, which efficiently promotes China’s high-level, high-quality urbanization.Based on this, the paper firstly use the perceived cohesion scale proposed by Bollen and Holy to measure the level of psychological integration of the new generation of migrant worker. Secondly, the paper build empirical analysis framework which is based on social scene theory and social memory theory and use multiple linear regression to analyze the factors of psychological integration of the new generation of different levels of cities. Thirdly, this paper use quantile regression to analyze the degree of integration with the psychological changes in the new generation of migrant workers. Finally, on the basis of above stated results, this paper presents some implications of different levels of the cities.The results show that the factors of psychological integration in different levels of cities are different. In the capital city, the factors including the amount of land, wages, workers harmonious degree, fair perception, goal achievement degree exert positive influence on psychological integration of the new generation of migrant workers. In the prefecture-level cities, the factors including health, social security contributions, workers harmonious degree, fair perception, goal achievement degree exert positive influence on psychological integration of the new generation of migrant workers.in county-level cities, the factors including health, the public to make friends, workers harmonious degree, fair perception, goal achievement degree exert positive influence on psychological integration of the new generation of migrant workers. On the basis of above stated results, this paper presents that different levels of cities should be targeted to the development of policies, and it is important to create fair environment, contributed to goal achievement, improve the social security system and promote land reform. In addition, the government should promote the new generation migrant workers to a higher level of psychological integration based on human capital, and social capital.
