In Choosing The Town Leading Industry Model Selection

Leading industry represents the image of regional economyand occupies a dominant position in it, it also brings fundamental interests to regional economy, which cannot develop and grow well without the development of leading industry.Therefore, leading industry and its development paths should be paid more attention in the development of regional economy.Town domain economy is an important part and a special form of regional economics, it belongs to themicro-regional economic and its size is smaller than that of county economy. Town domain economy plays a not negligible role in the development of Chinese economy and society and the growing of County and Provincial economy and even the country’s economy is inseparable from the development of Town domain economy. Currently, China steps in an important period of economic transformation,the development of Town domain economy plays an essential role in bridging the gap between urban and rural places, in shortening the gap between workers and peasants, in transferring rural surplus labor force, in rural industrialization, urbanization,modernization and in the development of medium and small cities. Only the properchoice of leading industry can promote the economic development. Leading industry leads related industry to sustainable development,optimizes the industrial structure of Town domain economy and drives the development of the whole Town domain economy by three sides effect.First of all,this paper made an Analysis for the leading industry theory and establish the standard and evaluation index system of the selection of leading industry based on its influence factors. Then the research result of it is applied to the practice of Songhe town in Hubei Province. Evaluation index system of the selection of leading industry of county economy is applied to the selection of leading industry of Songhe Town. Using SWOT and Associated with grey fuzzy evaluation method and Statistical analysis software to made a data comprehensive calculations and analysis, then substitute the result to each Index matrix to get the comprehensive weight of Songhe’s industries. At last, based on the qualitative analysis of related industries, this paper made some suggestions and offered some operational measures for Songhe Town’s leading industry.
