With the general improvement in people disposable income and the raise of people environmental protection consciousness, tourism industry has expanded rapidly in china. The intensity of development increases in an endless stream in every city, especially the county. At the same time the excessive development and repeated construction become the common phenomenon. The development of similar products and projects leading to tourism market competition is becoming increasingly fierce. And the ecological environment has been damaged in a sense. All of these affect the healthy and rapid development of tourism. It is an important way to promote the development of county economy by vigorously developing tourism marketing in counties combining with the local characteristics of tourism resources to response fierce competition.The county-level city of Zhucheng, in the Shandong Peninsula, has various resources of tourism. But the current tourism market positioning is not clear, tourism product development is not slow, famous brands are less, the design of tourism routes is not quite reasonable, the marketing means and methods are not proper. This paper is referred to the massive domestic and foreign related literatures. And on this basis, it uses the literature research method, combined with the specific case analysis. It mainly studies the Zhucheng tourism marketing.Firstly, it takes an investigation of the eco-tourism market in Zhucheng product structure and marketing strategy status. Through SWOT analysis on Zhucheng tourism resources and environment, market selection and market positioning could be found and the long-term marketing strategies are made out. Then according to the theory of4C about the consumer, cost, convenience, communication, the paper poses a tourism marketing strategy corresponding to the four aspects. The main conclusions are listed here:with the rapid development of the regional construction, Zhucheng is given a good development chance. Zhucheng tourism should pay attention to market orientation, make fabulous goods, design a famous brand for visitors with tourism routes, and enhance the construction of regional cooperation. At the same time, Zhucheng should focus on the rational marketing strategies to create more channels by the help of blog, Wechat, the network and other modern methods of promotion.The remarkable innovation in this paper is to put forward the corresponding strategy in Tourism in the condition of regional cooperation under the guidance of the4C theory. And the author hopes with the help of this research, the relevant marketing theory of tourism in county could be furthered. The author also hopes that through the case study of Zhucheng ecological marketing, a viable theoretical guidance to the healthy and sustainable development could be provided; thereby in other similar areas tourism development could be promoted.
