Xi’an mobile as the capital city of northwest province, rich in marketing channels, channels of its own service brand effect is very obvious, user awareness is higher, the market reputation is superior to other operators in the city. But its own business hall marketing ability improve slowly. How to use the product advantage, service advantages to improve mobile business hall of marketing ability, an important task to be xi’an mobile company.Xi’an mobile of self-owned channels with a direct administrative authority, puts forward the personnel quality of the good quality service brand and excellent geographical location, very suitable for terminal products and value-added service marketing work. Focusing on service experience marketing environment, marketing management and channel coordination and service marketers configuration management optimization is put forward to promote ideas. For xi’an mobile company has its own business hall better advised to carry out the marketing work.
