Research On The Basic Path Of Private Enterprise Technological Progress

As important part of our national economy, the private enterprise plays a more andmore important role in promoting economic growth, increasing employment. Cultivatingthe core competence by Improving enterprise innovation level through technicalinnovation、making technical progress is the key to realize the sustainable development ofenterprises. In recent years, the development of private enterprises in Hebei province hasachieved gratifying results. Private enterprises like Tangshan GuoFeng iron、Handan steel、Shijiazhuang pharmaceutical are among the top100private enterprises in Hebei provincelist. Baigou luggage、Anguo traditional Chinese medicine、Xianghe furniture and otherregional characteristics industry group reputation at home and abroad.Hebei province is located in the north area of China, surrounded by Beijing,neighboring Tianjin. It is a major agricultural province. Hebei province has formed aresource processing combination Industrial economic structure including coal, textile,metallurgy, machinery, building materials, chemical, petroleum, medicine, light industryetc ten major industries. In the critical period of strategic transition, aiming at the problemsof private enterprises in Hebei province development resources consumed in largequantities, limited capacity, backward technology etc, the provincial governmentintroduced a number of policies to promote technological innovation of private enterprisesand realize intensive production. By concluding access of technology source、measuringinput and output efficiency, this paper makes a basic judgment about the path oftechnological progress、efficiency of technological innovation, finding the main problemsexisting in the process of technical progress of private enterprises, and puts forward relatedsuggestions. The path of technological progress combined with technology acquisitionmode concluded by this paper is provided with guiding significance to enterprisetechnology selection, technology strategy formulation, strategic implementation, thestrategic control.This paper utilizes new economic growth theory、enterprise growth theory、the theoryof enterprise life cycle、enterprise strategic management theory and other related content，taking the private enterprises in Hebei Province as the research object, looks up theeconomic yearbook of Hebei province and deals with data. The paper makes a relativeeffectiveness evaluation pointing at two kinds of technological progress: independent R& D and innovation cooperation. The analysis results show that, at present the privateenterprises in Hebe province mainly adopts the independent R&D and cooperative R&Dtwo forms of technology progress path; compared with the independent research anddevelopment, cooperative R&D is more beneficial to improve the efficiency of enterprisetechnology innovation；It establishes effect evaluation index system of path selection oftechnological progress of private enterprises in Hebei Province; the choice of the path oftechnological progress of private enterprises is consistent with the general law of thedevelopment of enterprises, but the final result is not very ideal. Selection of the path ofenterprise technological progress in future mainly from two aspects to consider:technology innovation efficiency improvement and accordance with the overall strategy ofenterprise development. The paths of technological progress dynamic choice modelprovide a reference for private enterprises in different stages.In view of the current situation about technical innovation of private enterprises inHebei province, put forward the following suggestions:First：the private enterprises must be Strengthen technology contact with enterprises、scientific research institutions, putting end to shut oneself up in a room making a car,mastering independent intellectual property rights.Second: Methods of technological progress for private enterprise should not beconfined to independent development and cooperative R&D, the effect of enhancing levelof enterprise technology innovation by technology trading should be further made.Third: Enterprise technology innovation cannot focus only on the amount ofinvestment but enhancing the efficiency of input and output.Fourth：Enterprises at different development stages should use technological progressflexible according to their own actual situation, in order to match the basic strategy ofenterprise development.
