Development of services can not only measure the modernization of a country, also marks its economic development and structure. Accelerating the service and innovation development can improve our capacity for independent innovation and building innovation-oriented country strategic. It is also an important choice of the overall modernization strategy.Because services can not be perceived, separated, diverted and stored, service marketing is much more difficult to do than product marketing. With the development and popularization of mobile Internet, services marketing has welcomed the opportunities for new development and innovation, which is undoubtedly a great historical opportunity.This essay introduces theories about service features, service characteristics, impact on service marketing, mobile Internet and related features. Secondly, it lists and describes how the mobile Internet-based applications improve the service marketing. Finally, it describes the WeChat and WeChat Official Admin Platform. Through a specific focus on four cases of WeChat, it indicates the service marketing innovation. I hope this essay can bring inspiration to the companies in the mobile Internet era.
