Nowadays, with the rapid development of information technology, the network has been integrated into everyone’s lives. At the same time, there are increasing network security threats. Hacker attacks, information leaks, pornography, gambling sites keep emerging, so, the network security industry came into being.This paper treat H Company network security business as the research object, combined with strategic management and marketing management theory and tools. First introduced the development of H Company network security business and marketing strategies, and conducted a detailed analysis and summary of the experiences and lessons of relevant strategies. Then using the PEST analysis and Porter’s five forces model to analyze the macroeconomic environment and internal environment including internal resources and capabilities of H Company network security business, finally summarize the results of the H Company’s competitive advantage and disadvantage. Secondly, how H Company make the market segments, market target and market positioning analysis, and on this basis, employ further study of the H network security products company marketing strategy and marketing mix tools, and finally base on the actual situation of H Company network security business in several dimensions including the product, price, place, position and other suggestions are given to H’s marketing strategy network security business.The purpose of this study is:through theoretical research on strategic management and marketing management, the actual situation of theoretical knowledge and network security services company H closely analyze the internal and external environment H corporate network security business and marketing strategy should be taken, H enhance network security business marketing company level, making the H corporate network security business has the ability to gain greater market share.Meanwhile, the network security industry is a high-tech industry, product replacement is fast, product life cycle is short, marketing, strategic studies on H company network security business make network security industry learn to marketing, help to improve the whole network security industry the marketing strategy level.
