Risk Management And Control Study Of Telecom Companies Based On Centralized Financial Management

Centralized financial management not only change the financial field, but also impact the entire enterprise management. The financial decentralization reform is complex, and enterprises are faced with a complex environment, therefore in the implementation of the financial centralized management process, risks faced by telecom companies is changing, the impact of changing risk on the enterprise is changing too. While facing strict regulation in capital markets, an increasingly competitive situation and weak growth in telecom companies, telecom companies risk management and internal controls have been implemented into the formal stage.First the company’s risk management and control system is built on the combination of telecom companies operating characteristics, business environment faced by the implementation of centralized financial control, and risk analysis to identify current business risks faced by telecom companies, after reading a lot of literature and relevant theoretical knowledge. Second the hierarchy analytic method is used to establish the identified risk weights. Finally, fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model is used to calculate the risk value of various risk indicators telecom enterprise risk management and control system. A quantification of data is provided to support to develop risk management and control for enterprises. F-score Empirical Analysis is used to analysis financial risk in China’s three major telecom operators. Based on the analysis, telecom companies risk coping strategies is presented, and internal controls, organizational processes and risk-based audit of the three risk management perspective control management system is built.
