In this paper, through the analysis of operation situation of China Mobile’s telephone farecredit, we analyzed the point of problems, made research on a new business model and theform of new integral shopping website calls based on telephone fare credit, with theproperties for B2CM2C mode. It can be interpreted by B(Business)to CM(China Mobile)to C(Customer),which can also be understood as B2C(B2C Company)M(Mobile)to C(Customer),This pattern can be interpreted as the (Business) to CM (China Mobile) to(Customer), namely the enterprise through the China Mobile to the consumers, can also beinterpreted as a B2C (B2C Company) M (Mobile) to C (Customer),namely the enterprisedirectly to the customers, through the mobile terminal equipment to realize the interaction.And now, in the national scope, yet large scope of practice of this mode has not beenimplemented. This paper discussed the emergence of the internal "thrust" of this new businessmodel and the external "pull", and discussed the possibility to carry out the business model.The mobile Internet+credit+online-shopping mode, in order to achieve the integralleveraging online shopping bill cash consumption, and the consumption of cash back to credit,will constitute a consumer loop, increasing the integral flow, and will effectively attractedusers of online shopping through platform, keeping the brand continuous concerned. And bycredit and focus from the media, you can maximize the enterprise resource integration to itsown advantage, attract surrounding enterprise integration advantages of resources, and makethe formation of the comprehensive advantages, strengthen the core status of enterprise inbusiness ecosystem. This credit net operation mode for China Mobile, not only effectivelyimprove customers’ loyalty, enhance users’ stickiness, which is also a new profit model, withthe innovation of integration mode as a kind of resource, so that we revert our team from theoriginal "cost center" into "profit point of growth", innovatively making the company’smarketing cost into capital to chase new profit point.
