The Research On The Development Of Financial Industry In Corps

Finance, as the core industry of modern economy, plays the role of connecting the factor markets and optimizing the allocation of social resources. The good performance of finance can boost and maintain the long-term stable development of economy. Presently, the finance is comparatively lagging behind in Corps, which hinders the economic development of Corps to some extent. Therefore, how to relieve the financial industry development constraints, fully mobilize financial resources of Corps area, so that the process of Xinjiang in leap forward development to play its part to be some leading role, has become a key problem to be solved in the development of economy in Corps. Based on this point, this article, with the corps’finance as its object and through a thorough and detailed study of the development of the corps’finance by the qualitative and analysis method and the quantitative analysis method, aims first to find out the major problems existing in the development of the corps’finance and then propose the advice of promoting its development.This paper uses the relevant theories of financial development, regional financial development and economic development relationship, adopting research method of combining empirical analysis with normative analysis, in order to research the financial development of the Corps from six parts. Firstly, this article has introduced the background and significance of the research, briefly generalized the research results of the domestic and international scholars, and based on the predecessors’experience, put forward the general idea and research approaches. Secondly, define the Corps’finance, and summarize the related theories of financial development. Thirdly, after making analysis of the current development of the Corps’ finance by the method of descriptive statistics between the financial scale, financial efficiency and financial structure. Through this chapter, have a general idea of the development of the Corps’finance. Fourthly, have built a comprehensive index system of the corps’financial development and made an evaluation of the Corps’financial development from1996to2012by improved entropy method. The result has revealed that: although the general corps’finance tends to rise slowly, there has exists an trend of imbalance in its scale, efficiency and structure, have made an empirical analysis of the support effect of the Corps’financial development upon the economic development, with the result that there exists a long-run equilibrium relationship among the Corps’financial development scale, development efficiency, development structure and the Corps’economic development. In addition, financial scale and structure plays a positive role in promoting the growth of the Corps’economy; and the financial development inefficiency can’t promote the development of the Corps’economy to a certain extent. Further, through the analysis of the previous chapters, we have found out the major problems in the development of the Corps’finance as follows:the imbalance of the internal development, imperfect financial system, lack of financial diversity, unbalanced financial layout, simple financial product, unreasonable financing structure. A detailed analysis has been carried out to uncover the reasons detailed analysis has been carried out to uncover the reasons hidden behind, which include:imperfect financial organizing system, incomplete financial market system, lack of financial creativity, poor financial ecological environment, adverse financial development environment. Finally, based on the current conditions of the Corps financial development, have proposed some relevant policy recommendations from the following six respects:financial organizing system, financial service system, financial market system, financial innovation, financial ecological environment as well as financial development environment. Some deficiencies of the research in this paper have also been pointed out for further analysis, which is of some practical significance in improving the financial work and promoting the leapfrog development of the Corps’finance.
